Employment History Verification

Verification of all verifiable prior employment listed on employment applications will consist of a complete representation of the following information to the degree that it is obtainable: dates of employment, job title, duties and responsibilities, salary or wages, job performance, attendance, ability to get along with others, attitude, honesty and re-hire status.

We make every reasonable and diligent effort to contact the applicant's former supervisor/employer and we will generate any written instruments required by a company's policy in order to verify employment. Even if a former employer declines to respond to the above categories, we will document the results of each contact or attempts to contact a current or former employer. 

Provided former employers are willing, our proven methodology prepares us to ask a battery of questions which give our clients the most comprehensive view of an applicants past.
