Criminal Records Search

This is a hands-on, in-person courthouse search for felony and misdemeanor criminal records. Criminal record searches are normally performed at the state/county court level, and can also be requested for federal court records at the client's option.

State/county court record searches are typically performed within court jurisdictions where the applicant has resided and or been employed. All obtainable dates and details as to the nature of the offense(s) and final disposition will be reported. Original hard copy court documents such as criminal complaints and sentencing reports can also be retrieved for a nominal service fee plus any court imposed fees.

Federal criminal conviction records are searched at the Federal District Courthouse having jurisdiction over the same geographical area in which applicant has lived and worked. Federal criminal courts typically hear matters involving more serious crimes such as cases alleging violations of federal statutes or constitutional guarantees, i.e. narcotic trafficking, terrorists acts, interstate flight to avoid prosecution, mail fraud, civil rights violations and more.
